At Iraaya, every piece of jewelry is made-to-order with the highest level of care, which means your order is handcrafted before it reaches you. Standard production timelines range from 2–5 business days, after which your piece will be carefully packed and dispatched.

We currently ship on a prepaid basis only and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), as our jewelry involves precious materials and detailed craftsmanship. This ensures safe handling, fewer cancellations, and smooth delivery to our customers.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we aim to dispatch it at the earliest. For clients within Bangalore, we also provide express delivery options (24–48 hours) through trusted courier partners, with the additional cost borne by the customer.

Please note, shipping charges (inclusive of GST) and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. The final order value is calculated after discounts, GST, and other applicable charges.
